Higgins Executive Search Receives its Fourth Consecutive GOLD Level PAR Award

Brenda LaRose accepts the PAR Gold Certification at the CCAB 2017 Vancouver Gala along with representatives from Bruce Power, SaskPower, Scotiabank, Suncor, and TD Bank presented by Luanne Whitecrow and Doug Bourque

On September 28, 2017 at the 15th Annual Gala dinner in Vancouver, Higgins Executive Search was awarded with their fourth consecutive GOLD level Progressive Aboriginal Relations Award (PAR) by the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) for showcasing over a decade of commitment to its relations with Aboriginal communities.

PAR is the first program of its kind in the world.  Its purpose is to help organizations gauge and improve their commitment to Aboriginal relations, and to earn the right to use a hallmark to demonstrate their achievements. The PAR logo signals to communities that we are good business partners, a great place to work, and committed to prosperity in Aboriginal communities.

PAR companies are certified by the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business and are recognized nationally as leading corporate citizens that have proven the business case for sustainable Aboriginal relations.  The PAR criteria assesses four sectors: leadership actions, employment, business development, and community relationships.

Gold PAR Certification provides Higgins Executive Search the highest level of assurance to all of it’s stakeholders that it is invested in Aboriginal relations.
